Salary-1.60 LPA for Fresher's 3.00 LPA for Experienced Requirements: • Basic skills of operating Windows 10 and web browsers. • Full Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary. • Basic knowledge to accounts and Tally ERP • Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned. Responsibilities: • Development of Institutional Sales ensuring fair web practices, and company standards. • Regular be in contact with clients, conduct meetings, etc. which can further pass to the sales executive. • Advice and consult with seniors to help in the further development of the organization. • Development of sales includes Sales, timely processing/ dispatching and timely reconciliation of payment.
