Protection of the Intellectual Property and advising the Company on issues relating to Copyright 2. Drafting and vetting of - Agreements like Content Acquisition, Content Distribution and Film Co Production, Non-disclosure agreements, Artist agreement Corporate guarantees 3. Preparing various kind of Affidavits, LOIs, MOUs, Term Sheets, Infringement Notices etc. 4. Statutory compliances - state and central 5. Handling all civil and criminal matters 6.
