Job Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Onboard new merchants in the geography allocated.
Must use her/his acumen and understanding of Indian retail ecosystem and network to come up with holistic solutions for the accounts allotted.
Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to even enter the account.
Going to the Merchant and educating him/her about the benefits of the product converting them and managing their accounts.

Job Description :

  • To meet all chief doctors and medical officers in all aravind eye hospitals and getting feedback for existing and new products. 
  • To meet the clinical trial trainees and promoting all Aurolab products, pass on the leads generated to ADMs.
  • Getting PMS feedback once in three months for Aurolab products from AEH medical officers 
  • Attending Operation Theater in all AEH and getting feedback for existing and new products. 
  • To meet theater, store, medical shop and optical shop sisters and check the product availability and ensure supply. 
  • Coordination for participation in various conferences and ophthalmic CMEs organized by AEH.
  • Maintain database for International and domestic visitors for future follow up.
  • Building & maintaining high level relationship with AEH & Others. 
  • Filling the positions in the required areas in consultation with NSM. 
  • Responsible for revenue generation for all aurolab products 
  • To work with doctors to conduct CME’s in AEH & Outside AEH

Skills Required

  • Exposure to handle a team of 5 – 10 members 
  • Willing to travel 
  • More than 5 years experience in Medical field (Preference – Ophthalmology)
