Job Title: Associate Technical Lead / Technical Lead
Job Location: Chennai
This person should be able to drive requirements/design problems to closure within the constraints of the current system.
Should have sound C++ knowledge and should be flexible to work on Linux and Windows-based software on a need basis.
Should have enough engineering background to gain a deep understanding of KLA-Tencor's domain and working of its tools.
It is desirable if the person has experience in coordinating project development activities and flair for technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
Acquire and demonstrate technical knowledge of inspector software
Participate in end to end product development lifecycle activities
Acquire knowledge of key use cases in defect inspection using KT tools
Coordinate/Lead teams to develop key features
Collaborate with teams across different geographical zones to drive/develop/deliver software solutions
Alternate between an individual contributor and technical leader role on a need basis.
Required:
Good academics. BE/BTech/MS/MCA/MTech (CS/IT/Electronics/Physics/ECE degree)
Strong in programming fundamentals, Data structures, C++
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to take an abstract problem definition, work as a team to derive elaborate requirements and solutions.
4 to 8 years of experience with specialization in providing technical leadership
Thorough knowledge of SDLC Depth in Object-oriented design and development on various applications
Experience in Linux, .Net and C#
