Experience Required: 8-12 years Job description : · Collaborate with the Learning Consultant to design and deliver an effective learning or performance solution for a project that is small in scope from the perspective of seat time (1- 3 hours). Engage with the client to understand the business requirements of the desired learning intervention. Collate and create the required content. Define instructional strategy of a learning intervention and document it as an Instructional Design Document. Create storyboard on the basis of the Instructional Design Document. Coordinate with other functional (graphics, programming, project management, and quality assurance)teams for the assigned course Review the developed course to ensure it aligns with the proposed instructional strategy. Facilitate review of a deliverable with the client. Define and set ID related processes for a project. Troubleshoot project-level ID issues.
