Brief description :
Install and configure software and hardware.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Email configuration and support.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Management of network policy and group policy.

Preferred skills
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
Experience with databases, networks and desktop management.
Knowledge of system security (e.g. antivirus management) and data backup/recovery policy management.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent communication skills.
