Ivanti is currently seeking a Software Engineer to work on many aspects of our IT Service Management platform. A Software Engineer on this team will be a cross-functional member whom can work within a highly experienced group of engineers, as well as collaborate with others outside of the team to build industry-leading software patch products and content.
The role will be required to deliver solid product designs to build the product and content portfolio based on requirements set forth by Product Management, User Experience, Product Owners and your own input for the future of the product. The candidate does not see large code bases or complex problems as roadblocks, but a set of rewarding challenges to build products that will empower our users to quickly and easily secure the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Development of Cloud-based applications for IT Service Management
Deliver quality code via unit testing, provide guidance for both test automation and manual testing.
Documents code following best practices.
Work within a truly agile team that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.
Requirements:
9 to 12 years of total experience
Must have experience in ASP.NET MVC, C# and MS SQL Server
Good understanding of SOAP/REST Web services.
Attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy in daily work, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related discipline
Experience in Distributed and scalable cloud solutions
Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using MVC model with Responsive Design.
