Working experience with SAP Success Factor

3-5 yrs experience in HR Analytics and metrics

Strong knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, etc,.

Statistics knowledge preferably

SQL knowledge is a must and R/ Python would be added advantage

Analytical/ Visualization skills
