Job Title: Technical Help Desk Associate

Responsibilities:
Providing product and technical support to customers on the telephone.
Resolving customer queries with the resources available to him/her.
Escalate any query that he/she is unable to resolve, to his/her immediate seniors.
Filing a call summary at the end of each call.
The employee will report to the Team Lead.

Desired Profile:
A fresh Commerce Graduate (BCom, BBA or BBM).
Commerce graduates with around 1 year’s experience and final year students who are expecting their results are also welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of basic Accounting and Finance.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Selection process:
Candidates are required to take a written test of approximately 30 minutes duration followed by a personal interview. The written test comprises of questions on accountancy, finance and general aptitude. The candidates are also required to write a short passage to test their writing skills.
