Greetings from Fincare Small Finance Bank. I am looking for HRBP Profile for Gulbarga & Telangana state.
KRAs:
a. The person will be responsible for Gulbarga division and Telangana state.
b. 50% Recruitment
c. 20% Operations
b. 30% of Business Partnering ( includes Travel).
Requirement:
a. Graduate in any firm
b. Preferably from MFI&NBFC background
c. Should be able to speak Kannada and Telugu language
d. Willing to travel to branches
e. CTC up to 4 lakhs.
Exp: 3+ Years
