Responsibilities

• Deliver content in a timely manner as directed by Team Leader and keep them informed of account activities
• With the use of various CMS systems manage and edit content on the websites that you have been assigned to handle, from usability, proofing content, re-sizing images & uploading onto different platforms and mediums
• Competency is required in:
• Content management systems including Drupal, SharePoint, Word Press
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to self-evaluate work in order to provide high standard of accuracy and efficiency of work, ensuring it is of the highest level of quality, ensuring that creative and content is on strategy,
• Raising issues such as grammar and spelling when required
• Audit content availability and prepare reports
• Prepare CMS manual that allows clients to manage their content after delivery
• Take an active role in building a positive agency culture 

Key skills

• Good attention to detail
• Basic HTML knowledge is required
• Should have good communication skills
• Must be passionate about the web
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Basic HTML and CMS (Content Management System) knowledge
• Be a well-organized person and logical thinker
• Be a team player but also have the ability to work alone and be self-motivated
