Enterprise Monitoring team members will work with teams to develop and implement monitoring for hardware and software that is used to support or run customer environments. Monitoring is used to provide issue
Enterprise Monitoring Services
Interfaces with Senior team members and Operational Teams to come up with new or Additional monitoring along with doing
Identifies all required environment changes identified during a ZenPak to the Senior team members for review and implementation into production.
Generate documentation for all areas of the ZenPacks. Examples: data inputs, interface layout,
Determines root causes of issues that are determined throughout testing.
Provides timelines for fixing issues that are identified during testing.
Communicate needed changes to the rest of the monitoring team and organization when interdependencies exist.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop scripts and code in the following languages JavaScript and Python to create a ZenPack.
Produce working prototypes and then refine the prototypes into production ready deployments.
Report status of ZenPacks and dependencies up to direct management to help align with project deadlines and schedules.
Takes input from senior team members and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to the organization.
Job Requirements
3+ years of development using Python.
3+ years of experience working with Linux Servers.
Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming is highly preferred
Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML-RPC, and JSON integration standards preferred
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
