(university degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 15 years of professional experience in designing mechanical equipment for hydropower projects),

Environmental and Social Expert,
(university degree in Environmental Engineering or Social Sciences (or similar), minimum 15 years of professional experience)

OHS and Labour Management Expert,
(university degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Social Sciences (or similar), minimum 15 years of professional experience in OHS and labour management on construction sites)

Procurement, Finance and Contract Administration Expert
(university degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law (or similar), minimum 15 years of professional experience in procurement, finance and contract administration of building projects)
