Position: Manager – Plant HR
Location: Nagpur Plant
Qualifications: MA/MBA Degree in Human Resources/ Management and Labour Relations. At least 5-7 years of experience in SMT and non-unionised employee relations.
KPI:
- Ensuring effective Star Caps programs from on-boarding, performance management, training and development etc.
- Adherence to timelines for rolling our PMS schemes and schedules as per communication matrix
- Planning and supporting all HR functions including budget formulations for processes
- Defining targets, expectations and reviewing the performance of the same
- Designing systematic processes for addressing grievances
- Engaging in CEAT brand building programs
