Location: Chennai
Education: Must be Graduate
Experience : must be 7yrs + experience.
Salary: Up to 6Lpa.
Industry: Mobile Retails (Promotion, Merchandising, Marketing & Sales)
Requirement
Good experience in Recruitment
Ground-level staff. ( 10th/12th pass, field job employee).
Field working team
Middle-level marketing operation
Senior-level marketing operation
Visual merchandising operations.
Trainers & MIS
Employee engagement & Grievance handling
Should be well handled PMS process. (Bell curve / 360 performance )
Good exp in Attrition management & attrition reporting.
Must have experience in HR Dashboard making, Monthly & Weekly HR MIS.
Should be good in excel & Powerpoint.
Male candidate will be preferable but not compulsory.
Should know speak maximum south Indian language
Open for travelling if required.
Must be open to joining within 7 days.
