Management Trainees - Business Development & Tendering
Qualification: Engineering Graduate(BE, B.Tech (Mech/Civil/Electrical)/ MBA-(Marketing/Finance/Project Management)
Freshers or candidates with 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development shall be preferred.
Key competencies:
-Technical
1. Must have strong technical and commercial understanding of Water and Waste Water and MSW projects, key /critical success factors.
2. Must be able identify potential risks in the projects and suggest mitigation measures.
3. Must be able to understand the different components of RFP, BOQ and technologies.
4. Must have a good network of consultants, market information, competitor information
