Location : Peenya, Bangalore 

JOB PURPOSE: 
To have overall responsibility for managing operational activities of the Plant. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 
• Be responsible for managing and increasing effectiveness and efficiency of all departments 
• To achieve target asset turnover ratio; control production costs 
• To achieve high standards of customer satisfaction; timely resolution of customer complaints 
• Improve efficiency of all key processes and monitor the same on regular basis 
• To increase target SOB; topline and bottom line of the Plant 
• To be responsible for and manage all local statutory and legal compliances 
• To ensure implementation of policies at workplace and adherence among every employee at the Plant 
• To be responsible for operational cost optimization; implementation of Kaizen initiatives 
• Standardization of operating processes; and its effective implementation 
• To be responsible for employee performance and monitoring; suggest ways and means of improving performance levels 
• To foster a positive work environment that inculcates positivity; team work and cohesiveness 

Educational Qualifications: 
Bachelor in Engineering; preferably Mechanical Stream 
Relevant Experience: 
10+ years of relevant experience with Automotive experience in Sheet Metal & Fabrication Industry 
Must be self-driven in Welding; Assembly and Paint Shop areas 
Must have good knowledge to OEM’s like TAFE / Escorts 
Must have good experience in budgeting and commitment to achieve targets 
Well versed in Kannada, Tamil and Hindi.
