General Manager - Human Resources


  • The General Manager Human Resources is responsible for managing the overall provisions of Human Resources services, policies, and programs pertaining to Talent acquisition, Talent Management Talent Development of Chennai Region. The major areas are:-
  • Sourcing of Human Resources;
  • Performance management and improvement systems;
  • Organization development;
  • Employment and ensuring compliance to regulatory concerns;
  • Employee orientation and Employee development;
  • Policy development and documentation;
  • Human Resource Analytics Study;
  • Employee relations;
  • Employee and community communication;
  • Compensation and benefits administration;
  • Employee engagement, wellness and health;
  • Employee services and counseling;
  • Responsible for HR Quality Systems;
  • Responsible for Organizational Discipline.
  • Implementation of Human Resources programs. Monitor HR administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Responsible for the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourage development of the Human Resources staff.
  • Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, Employee engagement, statutory requirement etc.
  • Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants and coordinates company, insurance carriers, and other outside sources.
  • Conducts analyses study of all Human Resource policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
