Experience : *1-3 Years*
Package - As per industry standards.
Qualification: MSW/MBA with HR specialization.
Must have Skill sets:
Hands on Experience in recruitment, joining formalities, leave and attendance (using Greythr software),
Exit-Interviews,background verification
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
Handling all the queries of the employees.
Others skills/knowledge good to have.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have good negotiation and convincing skills
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
