Looking for Sr. Manager / GM HR reporting to Director HR
Location - Mumbai
Exp - 8 to 9 yrs
Age: Not exceeding 35 yrs (Non negotiable)
CTC Range: Upto INR 32 Lakhs (including 15% variable)
Exp required - TA / HRBP / Employee lifecycle management / Generalist
Person needs to be strong in HR Processes and Policies and should be able to implement the same across India and Globally.
Background - Good pedigree important / good college + good Employer brands (Non negotiable)
* Should Not be from a start-up
* Person with work exposure in EU / US would be ideal
* Someone dependable who can bring market insights onboard
