Job Description
Total combined years: 12-15 years relevant experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) & Generics in regulated markets
Execution of Formulation Development projects from clients.
Preparation of formulation development strategy for client projects, its execution & tech transfer (virtually or physically)
Leading team of formulation scientists & providing technical expertise.
Ensuring consistent on-job trainings during project execution & reviews
Regular update to client through telecons/emails on project progress.
Technical expertise and leadership in this field.
People and project management.
Reviewing RFQ and giving technical input to PM to prepare the RFQ.
Managing GLP in lab and GMP in pilot plant and supporting Quality audits at site.
Ensuring the completion of project within agreed timelines, cost, specs.
Fulfil primary & secondary customer requirement with respect to EHS & QA issues & other legal regulatory compliance.
Coordination with cross functional teams
Coordination & integration with all onsite/off site functions towards on time delivery of the projects.
