Job Title / Designation: MIS Executive | Data Analyst
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.
Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.
Should be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking.
Coordinating with the branches for feedback and different requirements
Support the Manager in rolling out the new Projects and Initiatives and also updating on the progress and its impact
Ad-hoc analysis : prepare ad-hoc analysis on Operations data upon requests, using corporate Business Intelligence tool and customizing queries
Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
The person would be responsible to prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports using intermediate/advanced excel.
Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports sent
Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
Strong ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

Excellent Knowledge Of MS Excel Like (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF, Sum IF Etc.)
Knowledge of Creating Macros Will Be Given Extra Advantage
Knowledge in Advance Excel with Formulas.
Practical Knowledge in MIS & Data Analyst.
Knowledge in Dashboards like power bi, tableau etc. (desirable)

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience should be 1-4 yrs in MIS executive profile.
Should have Good English Communication Skill.
Education: Min Graduate
