Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Guidance Counselor located at our school in Chennai. As a Career Guidance Counselor, you will be responsible for providing professional, empathetic, and meaningful career guidance for students. This includes helping students identify their strengths and interests, establish career goals, and develop a plan to achieve these goals. You will also be responsible for organizing workshops and seminars related to career development.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Career Counselor, Academic Advisor, or a related role
Demonstrated knowledge of career counseling theories, best practices, and ethical standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a positive and effective working relationship with students, parents, and school staff
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Collaborative, flexible, and proactive work style
