About the Positions: As part of our expansion plans, we welcome Purchase Professionals to apply for positions which are a part of Purchase Function at Saint Gobain.
 
Team Leader – Central Purchase (Capex) – Sripeumbudur (Job Code TL C01)
Shall be in charge of all Capex Purchase including Projects. This position require 15 -20 years of Industrial experience of which minimum 5 years should be in similar role. The position will be handling Capex purchases worth Rs.500-750 Crores per annum covering multiple sites.  Qualification: BE  (from a Reputed institute)

Team Leader – Strategic Purchase (Central)- Chennai (Job Code TL S01)
Candidate with 5-8 years’ experience in handling category purchases covering Raw materials , energy and commodities. Experience in handling in bound logistics including bulk sea freight is preferable.  Qualification: BE or MBA  (from a Reputed institute) 
 
Competencies required: Analytics, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, interpersonal skills, Knowledge in SAP and Teamwork.

Team Leader –  Purchase – Sripeumbudur (Job Code TL P01)
Shall be in overall in charge of all Purchase including Raw material, Energy, MRO , Services, inbound freight etc for the World Glass complex. This position require 15 -20 years of Industrial experience of which minimum 5 years should be in similar role. The position will be handling  Purchases worth Rs.1500 Crores per annum.  Qualification: BE  (from a Reputed institute) and MBA from a good institute will be an added advantage.
 
Team Member –  Purchase – Bhiwadi (Job Code TM P01)
Shall be in overall in charge of all Capex and MRO purchase for the site. This position require 5 -7 years of Industrial Purchasing experience.
 
Team Leader–  IT Software Purchase – Chennai (Job Code TLITP01)
Shall be in overall in charge of all IT software Purchase for SG Worldwide and this position will report directly to Head of IT purchases , France. This position require 7 -10 years of Purchasing experience of which minimum 3 years should be in Sofware purchase.
Good to have background:
·        Good Academic track record across all educations from a reputed institute.
·        Excellent professional track record in Purchasing
·        Worked in Manufacturing Sector with Companies having Turnover of Rs.1000 Crores plus.
