We are looking for Tool Maker / Junior Toolroom Engineer with 01-03 years of experience in Chennai Tambaram.

•  3years of experience in press tool manufacturing
• Should have Experience press tool trails and component proving
• Should able to understand the Tool drawings
• Can able to prepare Tool BOM
• Should be in a position to plan / Coordinate the tool manufacturing activities
• Should sound in Conventional machines
• Should be strong in Drawing understanding and GD&T
• Process sequencing, Cycle time estimation, Tool assembly and tool proving / validation
• Basic knowledge in press tool design and selection of raw materials
• Can understand the inspection reports and do necessary corrections
• Knowledge on CAD basics.

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical
