Urgent Requirement For our Reputed Leading Chemical Client Company as below :

Designation : Costing

Department : Account

Location : Bharuch, Gujarat

Qualification : M.Com/Inter CA

Experience : 4+ Years

CTC Rsnge : Upto 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities : 

1.       Material accounting: Checking and authorize all inward material bills from costing point of view.

2.       Checking and authorization freight inward & any other incidental expenses against purchase.

3.       Cash vouchers checking and booking with respect to corrected cost centers.

4.       Freight outward: Checking of all outward transport bills.

5.       Weekly System v/s Physical verification of inventory and analysis of variances for key RM and on monthly basis for all FG,RM, PM and Intermediate.

6.       Monitoring material consumption variances and analysis of the same.

7.       Monitoring stock with respect age of the stock. Report about excess inventory lying in the plant.

8.       Scrap accounting.

9.       Monthly Factory MIS.

10.   Checking of all factory expenses bills including maintenance, services, utilities and admin related expenses.

11.   Play the role of core team member in ERP activities at Plant.

12.   Purchase and sales reconciliation with HO Accounts on monthly or quarterly basis.

13.   Prepare product process wise reactor wise standard time & motion study with production team. Then monitor actual results on daily basis.
