System integration (Machine Assembly)Qualification: Graduates/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / ITI Fitter.Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures, machine tool maintenance assembly knowledge, Automation,Conveyors, General Automation, Grippers and Deburring. 

Position 2: 

Controls Engineer Trainee

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechatronics, E&C , E&E

PLC programming

Position 3:

Wiring Engineer

Qualification: Diploma in Mechatronics, E&C , E&E

Panel wiring and on-site wiring

Position 4:

VMC Programmer cum Operator

Location : Bangalore

Experience: 2-5 Years

Education  : Diploma / ITI

Desired Profile:            

• Preparing and operating VMC machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, milling etc.             
• Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.            
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. Independently should handle the Programing settings and maintain the undisturbed production Norms.     Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.       
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.     
• Should have knowledge about measuring instruments.   
• Knowledge about cutting tools and applications.
• Responsible for carrying out the production as per the instructions.          
• Responsible for producing quality products.        
• Responsible for reducing the rework and rejects.              
• Responsible for housekeeping in his area of work.            
• Responsible for informing the IN charge of any deviations.
