Assistant General Manager/ Sr. Manager- Quality (Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes)

Position: Assistant General Manager/ Sr. Manager- Quality (Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes)

Location: Haldia

Qualifications: B.E./ B.Tech (ME/ Metallurgy)

Experience: Min 12 years. At least 5 yrs in Seamless Tubes industry.

Responsibilities:

a. Looking after all metallurgical & mechanical testing at SS tube mill quality section. Allocation of finish product as per customer’s TDC.

b. Customer complaints handling for all customers. All complaints related to hot and cold drawn pipes.

c. Failure Analysis with root cause (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) in hot rolling and cold drawing process.

d. Microstructure and defects analysis through Microscope with image analyzer.

e. Looking after Spectrometer and other lab tests with incoming raw material analysis.

f. Coordination with production to ensure better quality product as per customer’s

requirements (TDC).

g. Involvement in new product development activities.

h. Documentation of laboratory management as per NABL & IATF requirements.

I. Provide regular training to subordinates related to work, environment and safety.

Gross Salary: - 12-16 Lacs per annum.
