5) Good in Drawing’s reading and expressing the ideas/ problems through hand made sketches, etc,

6) having Software knowledge: Solid works (preferred),

7) Good in handling projects,

8) Good understanding on Welding Fixtures/ gauges/ Moulds/ tools,

9) able to prepare DFMEA,

10) Can interact with Customers/ Sales & Mktg team to understand the requirements and prepare records,

11) Can prepare project planning sheet/ time-plan,

12) Good in Benchmarking....
