Principle responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for reviewing of all submittals relating to planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting time analysis, productivity etc. This includes verification and certification of physical progress claimed for payment purposes. Monitor the reported progress and schedule status, identify the areas of concern impacting the progress and schedule of the projects and to advise the project mangers on proposed corrective actions. Identify critical and sub-critical activities of the project and to analyze their impact on the overall completion schedule considering the actual status and trends. Prepare summary schedule for all new projects with a view to establish the likely project durations based on overall plan of execution for obtaining management approvals. Review resources deployments for determining their adequacy for meeting the schedule and to recommend enhancements required. Evaluate variations requests/claims on extension of project schedules, to make appropriate recommendations to management for approval. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and periodic presentation to management.

Qualifications and Skills required:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Planning the Hydrocarbon/upstream oil and gas industry.
- Experience as Planning Engineer /PMC Planning Engineer in Engineering/Oil&Gas Companies. (Required)
- Previous work experience in Middle east (preferred)
- Experience in generating Plans of Development for owner parties (preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including fluency in Primavera,Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (required)
