1. Designation: Service analyst
2. Mandatory knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and Outlook).
3. Working knowledge on Database (MySQL/ MSSQL).
4. Sound knowledge of System administration.
5. 1-+year experience in service operations, Email support will be a plus point.
6. ITIL knowledge.
7. Good verbal and oral communication.
8. Able to work in Shifts.

Preferred skills

Only candidates with good knowledge in MS Excel and SQL will be considered.
