Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - MRO, CAPEX & Packing Procurement.

Experience : 8 - 14 Years

Work Location : Andhra Paper Limited, Rajahmundry.

Required Skills & Expertise:

1. Mechanical Engineer with MBA having more than 08-14 years of experience in procurement of various equipments, spares and packing material for large manufacturing organization.

2. Must have SAP working environment experience.

3. Experience with Pulp & paper industry is preferred.

Functional Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for CAPEX /MRO / Packing procurement

2.      Develop and onboard new vendors

3.      Vendor management

4.      Work in close coordination with operations, engineering, projects and finance teams

5.      Ensure technical / scope sign off with vendors

6.      Techno commercial negotiations with vendors

7.      RFQ /CSQ/approval notes

8.      Timely delivery follow up by visiting vendor sites if required

9.      Capital equipment and service delivery contract formulation

10.  Well versed with capital procurement general and payment terms, conditions 

11.  Good knowledge of import procedures

12.  Good knowledge of packing material costing and procurement.
