Technology & Architecture CoE Lead / Head for Banking Practice (Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine)

Job Description

- Candidate will lead technical architecture definition and implementation for Core banking & Digital banking projects/implementations.

- Lead a team of Technical Architects, Technical Delivery Managers, Full stack engineers and developers to deliver technical solutions for banking implementation projects.

- Lead the Capability development for this team and work with different projects to provide technical solutions.

- Lead Solution teams for RFPs/proposals

- Work with Bank CxOs to define and deliver technology solutions for banking clients.

- Work with Alliances partners in banking domain and other CSPs and ISVs for Client Solutions, Proposals/Offerings.

- Technology lead for Temenos, Mambu & Thought Machine CoE and Go-To Person for related Technical Eco System.

- General Delivery/Engagement Management and Offering lead (optional)

Primary Skills

- Experience on Digital and Core Banking platform implementations

- Understanding of overall banking architecture.

- Experience in defining technical solutions for multi country Core banking/digital banking implementations

- Front to Back understanding of Business, Technology, Data, Infrastructure and Security Architecture

- Experience on Modern technology areas like APIs, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, Cloud and DevOps architecture and implementations

- Experience on estimations, planning, tracking, overall implementation project lifecycle from Technology Perspective.

- Experience being in/presenting solutions to Architectural Design Authorities and defining guiding principles and driving Design decisions across variety and levels of stakeholders.

- Experience on responding to RFPs/proposals as part of technical team working on technical solutions and writeups for T24 implementations

- Strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills

- Experience on Java/J2EE technologies, common OS like Linux/Unix and DBs like Oracle, SQL Server, No SQL DBs.

- Exposure on newer technology areas like SaaS, Cloud, DevOps, APIs, Integration, Microservices, Event streaming etc.

- Certifications on Enterprise Architecture & any Cloud .

- Experience of working in Multi-cultural, Multi Geo environments handling Global teams.
