We are Hiring - CNC Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

 Location: Innomech Aerospace, Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

Job Description:

1)     Service and maintenance of VMC Machines of 5 Axis / 4 Axis / 3 Axis with Fanuc / Siemens control of HAAS, ACE make machines, CNC Turning / Turn-Mill centers and CNC-VTL including all conventional machines.

2)     Should have dealt with Electrical maintenance with the preventive and breakdown maintenance on high end CNC, VMC Machine for inhouse and attending sensor related alarms, diagnosing, troubleshooting to avoid recurrence of same issues repeatedly.

3)     Hands on working knowledge on VMC, CNC, Fanuc, siemens controls & PLC Control, Experience in CMM, Conventional machines, Wire cut machines and VTL and automation is desirable but an added advantage for this role.

4)     Should have working knowledge on Hydraulic & Pneumatic system of VMC &CNC Machines.

5)     Understanding of general breakdown maintenance & measuring parameters on MTBF, MTTR, should have done breakdown analysis and reports.

6)     Experience in spare parts inventory management for VMC/CNC Turning machines.

7)     Knowledge of establishing SOP for preventive & Breakdown of machine dealing.

 

Experience:

3-5 years in CNC/PLC controls of Troubleshooting including preventive / Predictive & TPM Practices.

Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B. Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering
