- 0 to 2 experienced resources from call centre or freshers who have good communication skills and can understand basic tech stuff.

In this role, you'll play an important part in helping to keep our customers from around the world productive.

- You will gain experience solving a range of problems across broad technical ecosystem. These freshers should have zeal to do night job, weekend, and holidays support work.
