Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.     Ensure that all material is available in sufficient quantity at all the time and there is zero production loss due to non-availability of material.

2.     Ensure that all items are stored at designated place.

3.     Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in SAP module.

4.     Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any.

5.     Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & report to the concerned.

6.     Determine and ensure optimal security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per requirement.

7.     Fair knowledge and hands on experience on 5S.
