Preferred skills
• Candidates with 2+ years prior experience in Business Analyst.
• In depth experience in speaking to the client requirements and preparing statement of work to the offshore or in housed development team.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall Business Analyst experience in both web and mobile projects.
• Ability to attend project closure meetings with leads.
• Ability to prepare specification document based on client requirements.
• Ability to create proposals and case studies.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish, across multiple technical systems and platforms.
• Previous experience managing developers, both in-house and offshore.
• Producing and supporting detailed, key project deliverables, including complex business requirements, throughout the project life cycle.
• Strong analytical and project costing skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Degree educated, ideally in Engineering.
