1. General Manager - The candidates should have worked as a General Manager of good Hotels and should preferably be from South India / Tamil Nadu. Should have prior experience of working in leisure resorts / beach resorts and should be from Food and Beverage background. Additional experience from having worked in Western Countries, and knowledge of Western Cuisines would be an advantage.

2. Food and Beverage Manager - Head of Department position and candidates should have worked at good hotels. Knowledge of Western / European Cuisines is important.
