 We are looking for Senior Engineer /Engineer-Facility

Location - Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Company- Salcomp Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd
Academic Background- Diploma/ BE (EEE/ECE/Mech)
Experience- 08 To 10 years

Job Description 👇

1. Operation, trouble shooting and maintenance of HVAC system such as chiller, AHU, VFD, FCU,PAC,Split AC, Motorized damper and all extract fans.
2. Operation, trouble shooting and maintenance of electrical systems such as HV and LV electrical panels and equipment, compressor, switch gears, diesel generator, UPS, transformers and light management systems.
3. Experience in operating, trouble shooting fire hydrant, fire alarm and PA system.
4. Experience in Fume exhaust and liquid nitrogen systems
5. Handling CCTV, audio and video systems.

Desired candidate profile 👇🏻

1. Managed industry area more than 10000 Sq. m and handled team more than 20.
2. Coordinating with contractors and clients and follow KPI and SLA procedure.
3. Team player, Team Leader, Supervisory Managerial competencies
4. Responsible and Accountable
5. Report preparation and presentation
skills
6. Prepare and execute 52 weeks PPM
activities as per work order.
