What is A1 operations department?
A1 operations is a department that is a combination of 3 sub-departments- front office, housekeeping and F&B service. It is a flagship Taj concept that enables the associates to develop into well rounded hoteliers with sound knowledge of these core functions at a hotel.Post 2 years, the associates have the option to apply for one of the core departments or continue within the A1 Operations department itself subject to availability and performance.
