Qualification: BE/Dip with 4 - 8 yrs
Key Skills:
Knowledge on the SMT/BOX build assemblies and preparation work
Knowledge of CAPA, Six Sigma problem Solving methodology
Control over the entire WIP & Preforming in SMT and Backend operation and Meet the production plan.
Execute the planned production and monitor operator efficiency.
Elimination of Non value add process in WIP,SMT& BB and implement Lean manufacturing
Continuous improvements and Kaizen Implementations.
