Job description
Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.
Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting & External hiring tools like Job portals.
Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Conduct initial HR interview round.
Involved in End to End Recruitment and Background verification of Candidate.
Exploring alternate channels of hiring to ensure achievement of hiring TAT.
Periodic updation of career websites / pages with real time positions.
Able to maintain necessary records.
Generalist activities like joining formalities, induction and orientation.
The above role is 80% recruitment+20% generalist.

Request: 1-3 years of sound knowledge in end to end recruitment. Should have hands on experience of conducting telephonic interviews. Should have knowledge of portal usage.

Required Candidate profile:

2-3 yrs experience in Recruitment.
Should have handled Hotel Recruitment.
