Hiring Sourcing & Recruitment Executive Tech Mahindra BPS Noida
1. For Immediate Joiners and Candidate with BPO Hiring Experience will be preferred. It is Work from Office @ Noida / Greater Noida.
2. It will be on Direct Contract for a Year and Salary up to 18-21k per month.
3. Responsible for end-to-end hiring and sourcing from Non-agency channels i.e. Referrals, Job Portal, Social Media and Campus.
4. Posting Jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
5. Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
6. Hands on Interview calling and sourcing via job portals for agent / Customer service / Technical skill set.
7. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Any Graduate /MBA shall be preferred.
8. 6 working days in a week or employee to extend weekend support in case of business requirements / high / urgent ramps. Willing to work over weekend.
