Duties and responsibilities
Required Male candidate with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment
Doing bulk hiring’s.
Sourcing candidates, line up them and arranging Interviews.
Following the selected candidates for required docs.
Doing the process for releasing the offers to selected candidates and following them for joining / on boarding in system.
Conducting interview drives to respective locations & Ensuring daily offer nos.
Doing the branch visits and closing the gaps on time
Hands-on sourcing methodologies using Naukri / LinkedIn / Social Media etc
