Sr. level HVAC Engineer | Pune

We are looking for Sr. level HVAC Engineer candidate to join our enthusiastic Engineering team.

Below is the JD: -
BE/BTech/ME/MTech Mechanical Engineering
A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within a HVAC BIM & Co-ordination
Experience in working on UK, Irish or European projects will be added advantage
Setting up and managing a CDE and aligning the BIM workflows. 
Creating detail modelling, sheets with sections, 3Dviews, enlarged views, annotation, dimension, tagging, abbreviation, legend sand title box.
Detailing of Pumproom, Chiller-Plant, Kitchen Exhaust, Datacentre, Serverroom. 
Excellent understanding of BIM Certification – BIM Level 2 and the PAS1192 / ISO 19650. 
Should have knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, HVAC, Design, MEP coordination, Plumbing,
Modelling of Mechanical systems in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail &
Institutional buildings.
Detailed MEP Coordination model / drawing within allotted time frame & quality that is desired.
Clash detection and resolution using Navisworks manage.
Preparation of LOD 400 shop drawings for construction issue.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work smart and meet deadlines.
Project Execution & Team leading
Flexibility to work late if required to meet deadlines.
Superior in-depth working knowledge of Autodesk AEC Suites and a skilled user of cloud collaboration platform.
