Working Experience : 4-5 years
Education : B. Tech Electronics
1. Responsible for New Product Introduction and Vendor Development support
2. Responsible to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
3. Product Specification Establishment, Verification as per customer and Product requirement.
4. BOM Management
5. Coordination with ODM for all upcoming & existing Models, Changes and upgrades
6. Preparation & verification Engineering Samples, SOP, Process flow, validation documentation, review with customer
7. Verify whole assembly/Testing/SMT/Reliability process with the help of sample & validate SOP, BOM & FPC.
8. Infrastructure reviewed for New Product Introduction
9. FPA, Engineering & BOM, Process Flow submission to the concern Department.
10. PP Report creation and reviewing for the Mass Production Compatibility, Customer approval, lesson learnt implementation
11. Ensure for product reliability testing as per product & Customer define standards
12. Releasing ECN (Engineering Change Note) based on Customer information
13. Improvement in the assembly , Testing, Packing & SMT process so as to deliver more acceptable product to the customer as per Quality & customer feedback.
14. Reliability Testing and PFMEA, Control plan -Preparation, review & risk assessment
15. Failure analysis during NPI builds and DOA monitor in field 
16. Whole process training to team about customer, Process & product requirements
17. NPI planning based on customer schedule & material availability
