Syngience seeks to hire Jr. Recruitment Executive who would build and execute end to end Recuitment cycle and play a key role in the overall rapid growth trajectory of the organization.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Responsible to handle end to end recruitment cycle
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
Post job ads on professional sites, jobs sites and social media
Share the vacancy details with consultancy
Screen resumes
Take initial interview rounds
Continuous follow up with consultancy and candidates, pre and post interview till onboarding
Ensuring background and reference check completed

MUST HAVE:
Candidate must have excellent Written & Spoken English
Candidate must have minimum 06 – 08 months of experience in Recruitment
MUST be Post Graduate Diploma/MBA/Masters in HRM

Employment Type: Full Time, On Rolls
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Timings :
Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM to 07:00 PM (02nd and 04th Saturdays Off)
