We are hiring an Executive Recruiter/Talent Researcher on 3rd Party Payroll(non-GE) to be based out of Noida/Gurgaon. He/she will partner with HR Leader and Business Leader to manage a portfolio of talent mapping, external executive search projects and other talent initiatives across Asia Region.
Must Haves:
-Master's / Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated passive and some niche recruiting domain expertise.
-Prior exp of India & ASEAN Talent market is mandatory, preferably in Power, Energy, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering etc
-Experience supporting executive level recruiting assignments
