You will share responsibility within a small team providing support of the unified communication services, collaboration services and windows OS support. You will also contribute to larger global projects and initiatives within a world class global IT organization.
This position will assist in providing day to day support to Synopsys staff for laptop and desktop systems, software, hardware and meeting collaboration tools. An ability to troubleshoot basic OS and application issues within Windows is preferred. A background or experience in programming & scripting (Power shell, VBScript, Perl & Bash
