Salary Budget: upto 20 LPA
The candidate will be responsible for TA and HRBP of the tech Team ( team HC of 400 people), with a equal spit of focus on both.
Required Skills :
- Education - Post Graduate / MBA
- 8 to 10 yr experience in Recruitment / HRBP roles preferably in a start up environment, E-commerce & IT.
- Excellent spoken & written English language skills
- Understands clients- needs to deliver right solutions
- Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to identify & evaluate the right talent
- Looking for an Assertive candidates, with expr and exposure to Tech hiring.
- The role will be responsible to manage a team of 4 TA people. Senior most of them is a Manager.
